Fall/Winter 23 - Eudon Choi

For the EUDON CHOI latest 2023 collection, Eudon Choi takes a different approach to his usual creative process. Rather than starting from a specific theme and building his designs from an inspiration, he has focused on a growing feeling about aging. Following several trips to South Korea, Eudon noticed the increasing obsession for flawless porcelain skin, devoid of any signs of age. This gave Eudon a strong desire to counter this global obsession with youth by celebrating all stages of life and creating an ageless collection.

Eudon has always had the desire to create garments that customers can cherish and keep in their wardrobes for a lifetime. But this time EUDON CHOI also explores and expands the notion of versatility by crossing gender boundaries, which was first explored in the SS23 collection.

For the collection, this translates into a collection rich in staple dressing and featuring modern twists such as elongated sleeves, tubular tie details around the neck and detachable double collars. The signature Beatrice jacket has been developed into a heavy gauge pure cashmere pullover featuring its characteristic front slit details with buttons. Cashmere blend knit gilets with a cape and a button opening at the back and a maxi long skirt with a double waistband detail gives a contemporary twist to everyday basics.
