Fall/Winter 25 - SHUSHU/TONG

The Fall/Winter 2025 Collection by SHUSHU/TONG, titled “Mutual Reference”, draws inspiration from Diane Arbus’s photograph “Identical Twins”. The image of two twin girls—both reflections and independent beings—unfolds a narrative of self-awareness, identity formation, and female empowerment.

The collection emphasizes materials such as rough wool, deep green jacquard, cross-weave fabrics, velvet, and handcrafted details that evoke a sense of nostalgia, like memories woven through the journey of growing up. Workwear elements are reinterpreted with feminine touches, while the brand’s signature floral motifs are refreshed with new vitality.

Carrying forward SHUSHU/TONG’s distinctive aesthetic with sharper strength, the collection portrays the image of a multidimensional woman—rebellious yet resilient, a reflection of another yet in pursuit of her own true self.
