Pre-fall 26 - YCH

The collection begins in the quiet moment after rehearsal. The stage is empty, the lights remain on, and the body has not yet returned to everyday life. This in-between state, neither performance nor rest, becomes the emotional starting point of the season.

Inspired by the backstage atmosphere of European theatre and dance from the late 1970s and 1980s, the Pre-Fall collection observes moments where formality loosens but focus remains. Costumes disappear, yet their traces linger. Structure softens, gestures surface, and elegance emerges without effort.

Tailoring is precise yet restrained, silhouettes follow the body rather than control it. Details referencing performance wear are translated into the language of everyday clothing, creating garments not for the stage, but for the moment just before stepping onto it.

After the Rehearsal reflects YCH’s continued exploration of tension and restraint, understated femininity, and clothing shaped by lived experience. It speaks to a quiet presence, one that does not demand attention, yet naturally holds it.
