CARE GUIDE

What to do?

  • Make sure to always read the care label and washing instructions before washing your clothes.

  • Arrange your laundry into groups with similar wash care instructions and colors.

  • The washing temperature indicated on the tag is the highest permitted temperature. Do NOT wash your garment at a higher temperature.

  • Turn garment inside out before washing to prevent it from being damaged in the drum of your washing machine.

What not to do?

  • Do not use too much detergent.

  • Do not use detergents which contain bleach (please read the components of the detergent).

  • Do not tumble dry garments unless indicated on the care label.

  • Do not iron prints, trims or embellishments.

  • Do not leave white garments soaking with colored garments for prolonged periods.

  • Garments with metal trims should not be left to soak.

How do you care for shoes?

We recommend treating suede & leather with an appropriate protector before wear.

Use a suede brush to keep the nap raised and the suede in good condition.

If your shoes are wet, stuff them with newspaper and let them dry naturally, away from a direct heat source. This will prevent the outer materials from drying out and cracking.

Unless otherwise stated, trainers and canvas shoes should not go in the washing machine.

If dirty, let them dry and remove the excess dirt with a clean bush or cloth.

For heeled products, check top pieces (heel tips) regularly & when they start to wear down take them to either a good shoe repair or head to our store (replacing the heel because of wear and tear is a service which will be provided at your own expense).
